POLICY AND GUIDELINES

Soulslings products are designed for comfort. Our Products are ASTM certified and made using 100% natural fabrics and baby-safe dyes. We do not compromise on materials or workmanship and strive to deliver on your expectations of comfort and ergonomics, quality and durability. Our products undergo thorough quality checks before they are dispatched to you.

In exceptional cases where our products do not meet your expectations, we offer warranties as described below:

Soulslings covers all baby carriers and provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship for the lifetime** of the product. Soulslings will provide a replacement part or replacement product at its discretion for any manufacturing defect in these products.

Soulslings does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear*, accident (including lost/stolen products), improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, misuse or negligence, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.

*Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Whether a manufacturing defect exists will be determined by Soulslings upon evaluation of the product. Defective materials (buckles, straps, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (stitching, seams, construction, etc.) are covered for lifetime* by Soulslings warranties.

**"Lifetime" does not mean your lifetime, rather to the lifetime of the product and its component materials. While we strive to use exceptional materials in our products, all materials wear out*** and deteriorate over time with use and exposure to natural elements, and a product’s lifetime is based on its usage in accordance with its instructions, how well it is cared for and how old the product is. Whether a product has exceeded its lifetime will be determined by Soulslings upon evaluation of the product.

***Wear and Tear

 All products are subject to normal wear and tear, which is damage that naturally occurs with normal use. All components and materials deteriorate over time, use and exposure to natural elements, and there is a natural breakdown and fading of fabrics over normal use and time.

Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a legitimate manufacturing defect, please write to us at hello@soulslings.com about your concern. Please share your Order ID/ Invoice and photos of the defect so that we can ascertain the warranty claim. Once approved, you would be required to ship the products to our mailing address which would be share to you on mail. Shipments of the product must be prepaid. Soulslings is not liable for lost in-bound packages. If the claim is determined to be valid, any replacement part or replacement product will be at the discretion of Soulslings, based on the type of product returned and subject to availability of replacement parts, styles, models, colors and patterns.
