At Soulslings, we prioritize customer satisfaction every time. Our products are handmade to meet highest standards with best quality materials. Our goal is to ensure every parent and baby using our products is happy with it.

If you have any challenge in getting comfortable in your Soul Baby Carrier, do attend our online session before you decide to return the carrier. 

India:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over Rs.750. This means all our baby carriers come with free shipping. 

It takes 24-48 hours to process your order. Once the order is shipped, it takes 5-7 working days for it to reach most cities/towns. If you need more details on this, please contact our customer support on +919148086007 to know  the shipping details. 

We also offer express shipping to pin codes serviced by our delivery partner, chargeable on actuals.(Rs.800). It delivers within 2-3 working days. You can opt for this while checking out. 

International: 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over US$100 and once again all baby carriers will have free worldwide shipping. 

It might take 48-72 hours to process your order, especially because of the time zone difference. Once the order is shipped, it can take 18-20 working days for it to reach countries. If you need more details on this, please contact our customer support on +919148086007 or hello@soulslings.com to know the exact number of days shipping could take to your country. 

We also offer express shipping to pin codes serviced by our delivery partner, chargeable on actuals. It delivers within 8-10 working days. You can opt for this while checking out to know the exact cost for your country. 

Please understand that shipping charges do not include the customs/duties, taxes or VAT charged by your local government. We are unable to determine these costs ahead of time therefore the payment of those fees are the customers responsibility.

Important Note:

Soulslings is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies, for governmental or customs-related delays, or for delays caused by weather, air traffic delays, transit delays, and other circumstances outside of our control. Soulslings disclaims responsibility for damages arising from the improper handling of products during international shipping, absolving the company of liability in such instances.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

India: 

  • All Soulslings® Baby Carriers are eligible for a return/exchange within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, customers can resell the carrier by listing it on the website as a ‘Relove’ product. Click here to resell your carrier.
  • Clearance Sale carriers are not eligible for return.
  • Please do note that return/exchange shipping charges of 200 rupees will be applicable for all returns & exchanges.
  • Products not eligible for return/exchange: Seconds Baby Carriers, Back Support, Shoulder Strap protectors, Soft Toys, Baby Shoes, Doll Carriers, Phone Pouch, Storage Bags, Backpacks, Tote Bags, Sun/sleeping Hoods, Anya baby carrier and Gift Cards.
  • If you receive a defective/wrong product, it is eligible for exchange. Write to hello@soulslings.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the product. 
  • Refund to your source account will be processed in 5-7 business days, after the carrier is received at our facility  and inspected.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code. Our delivery partner will attempt pick-up twice, failing which, return shipment will be your responsibility.
  • Relove and Rescue products are not eligible for return. COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. 

International: 

All international orders do not qualify for Returns or Exchange at this point. If there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive a wrong product, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@soulslings.com with your order number and photos of the defective/wrong product. We will do our best to help you out in such cases. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE FAQs:

How can I cancel my order?

Placed an order by mistake? WhatsApp us 9148086007 right away to cancel it. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel it. If it has been shipped, our return policy applies.

I want to return my order, how do I go about it?
We’re sorry to hear that! Here’s how we process returns:

  1. You must raise a return request within 10 days of receiving your Soulslings® Baby Carrier.
  2. Items must be packed in their original box and in their original condition, unwashed with the labels, instructional manual and dust bag intact.
  3. Raise a return/exchange request by emailing us at hello@soulslings with “Return/Exchange order no. xxxxxx” as the subject.
  4. Our team will schedule a pick-up in 3-5 days. Your refund will be processed after the product reaches our facility and is inspected.
  5. Refunds to your source account are processed in 5-7 business days.

What about if I placed my order with COD?

  • For COD orders the refund will be processed to your source account in 5-7 business days after the product reaches our facility and is inspected.
  • Please note: The cash on delivery fee is not refundable and will not reflect in the refunded amount.

I have received wrong products/damaged products/products with manufacturing defects. What do I do?

Raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your Soulslings® product by emailing us at hello@soulslings with “Exchange order no. xxxxxx” as the subject. You will have to send us:

1) Your Order ID

2) A photo/video of the product and the problem area, if applicable

3) A brief description of the issue

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product
  • Please note: Items must be packed in their original box and in their original condition, unwashed with the labels,instructional manual and dust bag intact.
