We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders with a cart value of Rs.750/- or higher.
For COD orders an additional COD fee is applicable.
24-48 HOUR DISPATCH
We dispatch orders within 48 hours**, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday post 2 p.m, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
** Not applicable to custom/bulk product/SALE orders.
5-7 DAYS DELIVERY

We offer express shipping to pin codes serviced by our delivery partner, chargeable on actuals.

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation, this indicates that your order has been registered in our system. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please write to us at email@example.com mentioning ‘Confirm my order’ in the subject line.
You will receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Orders can be tracked in real-time via the link you will receive in your email inbox as well as on your registered WhatsApp number.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- All Soulslings® Baby Carriers are eligible for a return/exchange within 10 days of delivery, no questions asked, 100% money back guarantee!
- After 10 days, customers can resell the carrier by listing it on the website as a Relove product. Click here to resell your carrier.
- Products not eligible for return/exchange: Seconds Baby Carriers, Lumbar Support, Drool Pads, Soft Toys, Baby Shoes, Storage Bags, Tote Bags, and Gift Cards.
- If you receive a defective/wrong product, it is eligible for exchange.
- Refund to your source account will be processed in 5-7 business days, after the carrier is received at our facility and inspected.
- Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code. Our delivery partner will attempt pick-up twice, failing which, return shipment will be your responsibility.
- Relove and Rescue products are not eligible for return.
I want to return my order, how do I go about it?
We’re sorry to hear that! Here’s how we process returns:
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your Soulslings® Baby Carrier.
- Items must be packed in their original box and in their original condition, unwashed with the labels and dust bag intact.
- Raise a return/exchange request by emailing us at hello@soulslings with “Return/Exchange order no. xxxxxx” as the subject.
- Our team will schedule a pick-up in 3-5 days. Your refund will be processed after the product reaches our facility and is inspected.
- Refunds to your source account are processed in 5-7 business days.
- For COD orders the refund will be processed to your source account in 5-7 business days after the product reaches our facility and is inspected.
- Please note: The cash on delivery fee is not refundable and will not reflect in the refunded amount.
- I have received wrong products/damaged products/products with manufacturing defects. What do I do?
- Raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your Soulslings® product by emailing us at hello@soulslings with “Exchange order no. xxxxxx” as the subject. You will have to send us :
1) Your Order ID
2) A photo/video of the product and the problem area, if applicable
3) A brief description of the issue
- Our team will arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product
- Please note: Items must be packed in their original box and in their original condition, unwashed with the labels and dust bag intact.
